Here are the scheduled district events, including deadlines.
The district and its committees often meet at the Hellenic Center in Storrs, CT. The seasonal division 3, 4, and 5 scheduling meetings are at the Hellenic Center. For directions, see the Links page.
Fall 2010 Calendar
- August 15: Division 3 and 4 team entry deadline. Please email requirements to Dave Bachiochi at

- August 25: Planning session at the Hellenic Center starting at 7:30pm.
- August 29: Division 5 team entry deadline.

- August 31: Scheduling Meeting at the Hellenic Center.
- Division 5 scheduling meeting starts promptly at 6:30pm.
- Division 3/4 scheduling meeting starts promptly at 8:00pm.
- September 11-12: First weekend of fall seasonal play.
- November 6-7: Last weekend of fall seasonal play.
Spring 2010: Wrapped Up
- March 25, 2010: District meeting 7pm at the Hellenic Center. Discussion will include possible rule changes for the fall.
- April 5, 2010: Division 3 and Division 4 club entry deadline.

- April 7, 2010: Comp Committee Planning Session at Hellenic Center starting at 7:30pm.

- April 24-25, 2010: First weekend of Spring seasonal play
- June 5-6, 2010: U10-U14 Marlborough Jamboree
- June 19-20, 2010: Last weekend of Spring seasonal play, reserved for make ups, most likely.
Fall 2009: Wrapped Up
- August 15, 2009: Division 3 and Division 4 club entry deadline $25/team entry fee due by Comp Committee Planning Session for each team U11 thru U14.

- October 3-4, 2009: Lebanon Fun Day.
- November 7-8, 2009: Last weekend of fall season play.
- Fall U10 Jamboree
- Fall U12-U14 Marlborough Jamboree
- November 7, 2009: League semifinals at home of higher seed.
- November 8, 2009: League finals at Stafford H.S.
- November 10, 2009: Due date for nominations for volunteers, coaches, refs., etc. for District awards.
- November 14, 2009: District banquet and awards presentations at E.O. Smith in Mansfield.
- Volunteers Wanted: Divisional League Commissioners to manage the league scheduling and operation for one or more NE District Leagues this fall. See Dave B. at the planning session for additional info. or to learn more.
